Add product in Line Item, pops up error"SBL-BPR-00162"&"SBL-DAT-00398

Env: Siebel 8.1.1.9 &8.1.1.10, IE 8.0, windows server 2003 EE, MSSQL Server, thin client
Issue: When I add a product in line item, siebel pops up an error window, shows two errors:

[1]Errorinvoking service 'Context Service', method 'GetRowSetData' at step'Get Row Set'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2]Field 'Asset Member Compatibility' does not exist in definition forbusiness component 'Order Entry – Line Items'.Please ask your systems administrator to check your application.(SBL-DAT-00398)

Anyone could help me to solve this problem?
