We found that in the 12.1.3 instances (after upgrade from 11i) the users are not able to click on the reprint/republish menu option for reprinting the conc request outputs for conc requests othere than their own. the menu option is enabled for only their own conc requests even if they are system admin. Is there any RBAC that is affecting this or any profile that needs to be set?
