Quality Specification Clarification-Receiving Inspection

 Hi Experts,

       I have few doubts regarding Quality specification and deviations.

1.What is the difference and Please give me example on following

     Specification(Spec Range,User Defined Range and Reasonable Range)

2.My Requirement is 

   

  Product'X' spec limit is 1t/m to 6t/m ie value should be '1' to '6' not less or more than this and if value goes In/out of this value this will be consider as deviation instead of rejecting and 

sort of approval should go and Approvar will decide whether it should go in Deviation or Rejection.

   So where should i give this value in Spec type(Spec Range,User Defined Range and Reasonable Range)-----How to map this
