Quality Sampling Clarification

 Hi Experts,
    1.My Requirement is,

      Product 'X' has normal sampling size as 7(1000 lot)
a.While doing inspection if first three Lot Accepted then my Inspection will be reduced to 4 sampling and if consecutive 2 rejected then my sampling will go tightened with 14 as sampling size

How to Map this and i could't understand how AQL works(set) for this requirement. Please take this as example and give me clarification

b.whether system will automatically will get converted based on the sampling setup ie Normal,Reduced and Tightened Inspection? Please replay to my post as soon as possible
