Journal Approval Stuck in In Process

Hi,

The Journal has been approved by the approval but it is still shown as 'In Process' not sure with whome it is lying and for what reason it is in 'In Process' Status.

Is there any way or is there any script with which we can findout where the journal is stuck.

Any help is much appreciated.
