Error received while making SETUP of 'Interfaces'

Hi,

We are R12.1.

A few days back,  I successfully completed the setup and tested the upload process. That worked fine except

limitation to number of rows (about 65000 – maximum). 

In the meantime the TEST Server is cloned from the Production. 

Now again while trying to make new setup (Interfaces Phase),  this error message is returned (Invalid Interface API Name). 

I couldn’t find this error-message anywhere (MOS, Google, etc).

can you please provide any clue about this message.
