Ship Date Attribute Required for Grouping Rule

HI GURUs,
Our AR process business require to group invoices which have same Sales Order, and same Ship Date (although in different DO Number) into one invoice.
Unfortunately, grouping rules setup dont provide Ship Date attribute.
I have tried to setup DFF for Line Transaction Flexfield of ORDER ENTRY segment to get this ship date information.
After running autoinvoice, this DFF seems dont work.
Any suggestion?
