BOM-Re Usable and Consumable component handling

 Hi Experts,

        We have following scenario,

1.How to handle Re-Usable components

Ex,

   Nylon is used to protect "Hose" during heating process and once process get complete then it will be unwrapped(taken out),then it will used again for other batch products

and Nylon life time is 3 month or 10000 Mtr of hose

2. How to handle Consumables 

Ex,

   Lubricant(Oil) are used for smoothing process.So for each and every product there is a consumption qty  

3.We are using Standard cost and How can i restrict Cost Roll up of above two-can cost roll up can be restricted?

4.How can i handle in Planning.....Please suggest me how to handle all above
