Child part Demand not reflecting.

HI,

I have main assembly , sub assembly and child part. I can see demand for assembly and sub assembly but I can not see demand for child part.

This is Buy item so as per note ID 100720.1, I have check all setup and it showing me as per below -

Item attribute, General planning TAB - Source = Supplier

Organization Parameter - Source details is NULL.

Part ASL is ACTIVE status.

Also I have done some other analysis please refer attachment.

Please guide me , if I missed any thing here. Please guide me why I am not able to see this demand for child part.
