Delivery details - historical audit trail available?
Order was pick released with 5 lines on the delivery. I am being told that they picked the first 2 lines but were not taken to the 3 line. Instead, they were directed to the 4 and then the 5 lines. Supposedly, nothing was done manually to alter the order/delivery. Again, without manual intervention, the 3rd line that was skipped over pick releases approximately 1 hour later. This delivery works fine and the user is correctly driven to pick the item.
Is there some way to see delivery details (some sort of audit history?) to look back to determine what might have happened to the original delivery detail line as it is on the pick tricket?
