Web ADI - Can't naviagate if multiple spreadsheets are open

When we have several excel spreadsheets open and then do a web adi upload, there isn't a way to navigate back to any of them. 
We are using Windows 7 and Excel 2010.  I have reviewed doc id 1436084.1 and 726989.1
We are a few weeks from going live on R12 and need a resolution for this.  the workarounds listed in doc id 1436084.1 don't work. 
Also patch 13821398  has been applied with no success.

The only thing that works is to minimize Oracle and then click a few times on the web adi spreadsheet and then F6 between the web adi spreadsheet and the one you copied from.
