Patch 6317575: 11i - Fails Generating FABAL.pll

Hi,
Applying patch 6317575 and receiving error
The following Oracle Reports objects did not generate successfully:

au      plsql   FABAL.pll


From the worker log:


/u01/app/applmgr/findevora/8.0.6/bin/rwcon60 userid=APPS/*******  source=/u01/app/applmgr/findevappl/au/11.5.0/plsql/FABAL.pll dest=/u01/app/applmgr/findevappl/admin/FINDEV/out/tmp001.pll stype=pllfile dtype=pllfile logfile=/u01/app/applmgr/findevappl/admin/FINDEV/out/adrep001.txt overwrite=yes batch=yes compile_all=yes

/u01/app/applmgr/findevora/8.0.6/bin/rwcon60: error while loading shared libraries: libjava.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
