How to progress mutliple lines on a sales order all at once

We have bill only orders that are inventory interfaced.  They go on credit hold and need to be released manually. After this, the lines need to be progressed.  It is stopped at the inventory interface workflow step.  Can multiple lines be progressed at one time or does it need to be done line by line (which is what the user does now).  ANy other suggestions???
