Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I'm looking for a guide to create a Named Event Rule that I can call from xml interop.

From what I read I'll need a data structure - i've created this via OMW(Do I need to create a typedef?)
