Different LABOR and TRAVEL rate based on products

We need to charge different LABOR and TRAVEL rates based on the product we service. Currently we have one LABOR & TRAVEL rate globally. Is there a way we can set something up in Advanced Pricing so that the rates are applied based on the producy serviced. Is there a way, without having to create new LABOR and TRAVEL rate for each and every product line, we would like to have a provision to apply different LABOR and TRAVEL rate based on product line. (Item Category Information in Item Master). Can anything be done in Advanced Pricing using Qualifiers (Custom ?)/Modifiers ?
