too many log switches on Logical Database when Primay and Logical database are idle

I am observing too many log switches in my Logical Database when there is no session being connected to Primary and/or Logical Database.
Here are info:
Primary Database:
Oracle version :10.2.0.4
Oracle version :10.2.0.4
redo logfile size = 100MB
log_buffer = 12 MB
Database Protection Mode: MAXIMUM_PERFORMANCE MODE using LGWR
Logical Database:
Oracle version: 10.2.0.4
redo logfile size = 100MB
log_buffer = 12 MB
some additional info:
I've create Primary database as well Logical Database from backup (Point-In-Time recovery with resetlogs on both database).
Logical Standby Apply immediate - completed successfully - test Data moving from Primary -> Logical Database without any issue.
Issue which I'm observing in Logical Database which are:
