How to create a Constarined Dashboard prompt

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement where ini I want to display all business units and within that i want to display all person number associated with the selected business unit.

I can understand we would be able to achieve this using Constarined dashboard prompt but am unable to do so. Please refer to attachment and guide me
