Using P12011 and P12017 for viewing Parent Child relationship in Fixed Assets

 Hi, I have a small query on Fixed Assets. Are P12011 and P12017 the right applications for viewing Parent Child relationship in Fixed Assets? I could access them via Fast Path but not via navigation menu. Could you please share the breadcrumb for the same? Also, it is ok to change parent for a child after both parent and child have been depreciated? Thanks for the help.
