MS SQL Database error on Re-extract

Hi,

We have started this weekend seeing this error in the DBXtract logs:
DBCLog DBCLogError 1 0001ed0e522d1a24:0 2013-09-09 20:15:50 [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]Index "S_STORE_COND_U1" on table "dbo.S_STORE_COND" (specified in the FROM clause) is disabled or resides in a filegroup which is not online.

GenericLog GenericError 1 0001ed0e522d1a24:0 2013-09-09 20:15:54 (smisched.cpp (911) err=1376333 sys=0) SBL-SMI-00077: Component error, see the trace file for more information

This seems to be causing Database Extracts to fail; I have raised it with the DBA's (as apparently it may be an indexing issue), but does anyone here have some feedback?
