Category for contract creation thru OM

Hi All,

We generally observe that the value set for profile OKS: Category for Order Management Originated Contracts is Extended Warranty (Contracts creation thru OM)

Please let us know why Extended Warranty category is preferred over Service Agreement category. Or what are the advatages of using this category as default for creating contracts through Order Management.
