Unable to Calculate Commission of Team Lead

Hi All, 

I am testing an scenerio where there is an Manager as MGR1, 2 Team Leads as TL1 & TL2 and 10 Sales Repesentative from SR1 to SR 10.
 
Here I have defined 2 groups where SR1 to SR5 comes under TL1 in 1 group & rest in the 2nd group. Where as I was unable to calculate the TL1's comission and I removed the Goup & Role in Resource form and again re-assign it & save. Then I got the commission for the TL1 but unable to understand how the figure  or calculation came. Might be I am missing some thing.

Please guide me so that I can move forward.
