Cant start OMS

Hi everyone, please help with such issue:

I have Admin Server + OMS on 1server, and second OMS on 2 server.

Yesterday they all went down and it doesn't matter why.

I need to start them.

I usually start OMS servers from Weblogic Administartion Console, not with "emctl start oms". Because "emctl start oms" uses Node Manager, and I have problems with password of Node Manager.

So thats why I first need start Admin Server to launch  Weblogic Administartion Console.

I start Admin server from WLST succesfully, when I check status Admin Server from WLST it says "Running"

Then I try to go on Web page of Console, but it simply doesnt open.
