Patch # 14394040 is only available for the Linux(x86) platform and our is 64 bit

I have a user that has requested the following Patch # 14394040: "ORA-00918 COLUMN AMBIGUOUSLY DEFINED ERROR ON CLICKING LOT/SERIAL BUTTON" be applied to our system, but is showing as only available for the Linux (x86) platform & ours is 64 bit, and I'm not seeing a Generic English version available either.  Can someone tell me if this one of those scenarios where this is still applicable on the 64bit Linux platform as well?  Thank you in advance for your insight on this matter.
