Royalty/commission on Sales to be Accounted/Recognized through Order Management without Revenue and

We have a requirement from our customer in which we need to Recognize a percentage or Royalty/Commission on Sales in General Ledger, The Third Party Orders should be tracked through order management and shipped but No accounting should be generated for Revenue,Receivables,COGS & Inventory etc., 

we have a similar flow available in Channel Rebate and Point of Sales Management for Chargeback and Third Party Accruals which generates accruals money which need to be paid to End customer but, our requirement is to receive such accruals/money from the wholesalers and record the same as revenue/receivables (Royalty/commission) in General Ledger.
