iProcurement: AME : Wrong Approval Sequence in the action history GUI

Hi , I am testing approval of requisition in i Procurement  with AME. The approval starts with 1.Business manager
2.Their supervisor
3.Project manager
4. their Supervisor
5. Finance Director
The requisition is approved sequentially.
After stage 3, stage 4,5 Business Group boxes disappear from the GUI and PM's supervisors show in Business manager's supervisor box in the GUI.
In the action history , the approval sequence is right but shows the group name wrong.
