Hi,
This patch was originally identified to be installed because of a supplier merge issue.

In looking at the readme and contents of the patch directory it looks to contain a large number of fixes, far more than a normal one-off patch.  There are also directories in the patch directory for PO, FA, FND, ICX, XLA.....

Please explain if this is not a single one-off patch and what additional testing should be done in our test environment on other modules before moving into production.
