How to customize the email body with rich text when using email as the burst report channel

Hi,

We have a requirement to send reports to multiple users using email. We are running BI Publisher standalone 10.1.3.4.1.

Understanding that we can burst the report using email delivery and have the pdf report as attachment, we would like to find out if:

1) Can the burst sql be configured to retrieve the email addresses of the different users on the fly? And how?

2) Can the email body be formatted like have a customized background, fonts and so on? And how?
