Canada Localization for Fixed Asset

As per white paper 'Group Depreciation in Oracle Assets White Paper (Doc ID 375153.1)' depreciation requirements for Canada (Capital Cost Allowance) can be handled through Group Depreciation functionality. According to As localization data sheet for Canada there is a product localization to calculate Capital Cost Allowance tax. I checked localization user guides but could not find any specific solution except to configure a Canadian Responsibility. My Question:
1) Can Canada's requirement for Capital Cost Allowance be handled through Group depreciation?
2) Is there a localization solution also available?
