FSG Report is submitted with Error Page

Hi,

I'm not sure whether I post this question in a right community or not. If I'm wrong, please advice me which community should I select, thank you.

My colleague submitted a FSG report. She sould able to see the request ID but she got error message with "You have encountered an unexpectated error. Please contact System Administrator for assistance."

However, I tried to submit the same repot and wtihout any issue.

Can you advice me what should check or any document for reference, thank you very much.
