Sales Data batch is stuck in Processing status

Hello,
I successfully imported a sales batch into Indirect Sales Management via Web ADI. The status is stuck in Processing status. Can you please let me know if there is a concurrent program that needs to run to close this batch? I ran OZF Resale Interface Data Processing but it had no effect.
