Need the help to transfer Business Data and central Objects data from Non - Unicode to Unicode database on two different scenario

1. From Oracle Databse 10g(Non - Unicode) to Oracle database11g(Unicode)

2. From AS400/DB2(Non - Unicode) to Oracle Database 11g(Unicode)
