The latest forms 6i version(patch) for C/S ?

Hello...

I have some question about forms version.

first, what version(patch) is the latest forms 6i ?

second, forms version is ditinguished for  32bit and 64bit. which is correct ?

this means I can use programs developed by 32bit on 64bit OS?

and I need the latest forms 6i version for window xp and window 7.

where can I get installation CD or How can I download the latest forms 6i version.
