OAS instance is missing in server manager

 Hi, As mentioned above,  Wonder what server is installed with  the OAS ?  What is it used for ?  If i re-create the instance in server manager, what setting should i use for the configuration ?


Platform Win,DB - MSSQL
 E812 - TR 8.98.4.5
