R12.1.2 : Patch to apply to resolve FRM - 40735:POST-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-065

Hi,

We have been asked to apply the patch referred to in Note 1510377.1 by one of our customers,  in response to their receiving the above error in their production environment.

The note implies the error can occur in Oracle Property Manager - Version 12.1.2 and later, and offers patch 13345780 as the solution.

However, the readme states that this patch is for release 12.1.3 (the customer is on 12.1.2 and so a fair number of the pre-req patches for 13345780 are not satisfied). Is there an equivalent patch for release 12.1.2 that we can apply instead please?
