How to reconfigure CRS after Linux upgrade (new installation)

Hallo!
CRS and DB are 11.2.0.3.

We are planning to upgrade from Oralce Linux 5.x to 6.x, which is done with a new installation.
So we will have a new root fs, and the original GI and DB fs attached.

I don't tink rebuild the CRS as in Doc ID 1377349.1 is needed.

What needs to be done to bring the crs up and running?

copy /etc/oracle/* or some other files to the new root fs?
run ../crs/install/rootcrs.pl ?
run ../crs/config/config.sh ?
