San Francisco is right around the corner and represents a big opportunity to
help our customers be successful with their Oracle products. We have a huge
Support presence at the event with breakout sessions, networking opportunities
and the Support Stars Bar where customers can talk directly with our Oracle
Support experts.
We want to make sure our customers are aware of the Support resources and content
available to them. The more we can teach them about support best practices,
proactive tools and resources, the less likely we will have to help them
resolve critical issues that can negatively impact their view of Oracle. And,
it keeps us out of more reactive, hot seat situations. It's a win-win for
everyone!
