RTF template output in EXCEL gives a duplicate record

Hello all,

I have a weird issue.

I have written an SQL query that produces 69669 records when run on Toad. My next step was to register this query as a concurrent request in the production environment. I run on a 11g DB with the App version at 12.1.3. Let me break down what i did in steps

1. Built an XML file which contains the above mentioned query. This is my Data Definition

2. Uploaded the XML file to XML Publisher Administrator responsibility and created the Data Definition

3. Created a Concurrent Request (XDODTEXE) and connected the Data Def to it with the Short Code
