ICD Plan error in Employee Self Service

 Hi,
I am planning to setup Commuter Benefits as an ICD plan.

However when I go to ICD in Employee Self Service, I am getting below error message in self service

The process to evaluate this person's eligibilty in a compensation plan has failed to complete because of the following reason: The batch process BENMNGLE retrieved no compensation objects based on the selection criteria specified. This error occurred in the procedure build_comp_object_list within the package ben_comp_object_list. Please reconsult your selection criteria.. Please contact HR administrator to verify plan setup.

If I click on Award New Compensation, there is a Type dropdown which is empty.
