Plotting customers on google maps

I have added the applet to plot a contact or customer address as a related item on the contact and customer detail pages.  What the business has requested is a report that based on prompts (Owner, State, City) that will show the customers plotted on Google maps.  I would greatly appreciate if anyone can assist me with the coding needed to do this.
