formatting of iSupport select service request type sub-region
In Vision, Defective product , Request for Information, Technical Problem appear on the side. In my Design instance, they all appear in one list and with more SR types, this could become long.
Also, there appears to be icons with SR types in vision database. How to associate icons with each SR type?
I am attaching the screen shots of how it looks in VISION and how it is in our design instance.
