Maximum Labor Line Entry in Debrief

Is it possible to restrict the maximum labor amount for a line in the debirief so that it does not exceed a certain value? For example, way we don't want to allow entering anything greater than 24.

I am testing using the CSL: Labor Line Total Check profile option but I am a bit confused as to how it should work. Can you give me some examples with different settings and then how that setting would work in a debrief?
