ORA-1000 Maximum Open Cursors exceeded

 Hi,
One of our application got this error sometime yesterday morning and we would like to know which session and what sql code caused this error.  I am not able to find that information by looking at the awr report.  

ORA-1000 Maximum Open Cursors exceeded

Please let me know how do I get that information?.
