Service Performed Date Vs. Actual Completion Date

Hi,

I have a question regarding work order actual completion dates. I have highlighted the question in bold, but provided some back story to help you understand our requirement.

We have a business requirement to capture the date when a service is performed, as opposed to the date when all work is completed. Some of our activities require maintenance tasks to be performed that involve other non-maintenance related activities (e.g. transport, installation etc) to be performed - sometimes several days after.

For example, consider a work order that has three operations

OP10 - Uninstall asset - Actual completion date: 12-JUL-2013

Howdy, Stranger!
