Activate Parts Requirement button in Customer Support Specialist HTML screens
Customer has a requirement to order parts for a task in the customer support specialist responsibility of Teleservice apps. I did not see PARTS button in the personalization screen when I used the Customer Support Specialist responsibility to try and find it to render TRUE. The PART(s) button is visible through task tab in TELESERVICE form.
Wanted to know if Parts requirement window is available in CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
