Siebel 8.1.1.10 Upgrade or Migration Planning

 Dear Experts -

Need your expert suggestions on the couple of Upgrade or Migration planning that we are implementing..Both for Open UI Mode..

1) 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.10 SIA 

Question: whether I need to do the Conventional Upgrade(Upgrep+Repository Merge+Upgphys) or can perform the IRM(Delta Repository Merge) for upgrade to Complete..

2) 8.1.1.4 SIA to 8.1.1.10 SIA

Question: Can I do the normal 8.1.1.0 SIA Patching and run the ddlsync and compile the repository or can try IRM Tool to do the Delta Repository Merge and compile the SRF for 8.1.1.0 Open UI mode..Please advice..

Also request you to let me know some key important steps and tips for performing successful migration for above paths and any mandatory QF's to be enabled on Server and Client on 8.1.1.10..Also please suggest if it is worth waiting for 8.1.1.11 SIA Build or perform the migration against 8.1.1.10 SIA..
