Oracle HRMS India Salary

Hi,

I have a question related to India HRMS Salary setup. Usually For India HRMS are salary setup of CTC (basic, DA, HRA etc etc ) are setup as seperate elements or salary components. Would this setup differ if its just for Core HR (no Payroll license) . Please advise.
