Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Return Service Activity LOV is Blank in Field Service Tech Portal - Material Section of Debrief

How do I get this to populate.

The business process in the return line LOV has Field Service enabled.

The business process also has multiple return SACs within it.

CSF: Default Debrief Business Process and CSF: Default Debrief Service Activity Code are set to NULL at the site and responsibility level.
