JDE B7332 Package Deployment list P9631

Hi, there. I was wondering why this P9631 Pakcage Deployment can't list out the newly installed fat client ?  The user need to deploy  some package to the new PC..
As normal, the new PC can be listed in P98538 in license Usage screen. 

Another doubt is what is P4654a machine identification? Can I just add the new PC hostname into it ?
