Oracle® E-Business Tax: Vertex Q-Series and Taxware
Sales/Use Tax System
Implementation Guide
Release 12

It states 
"The integrations with Vertex Q-Series and Taxware Sales/Use Tax System are supported
by Oracle for US state and local sales taxes only within the order-to-cash business flows."

Does that mean it is not supported for P2P Cycle ?
Does P2P always require customization to work with Vertex?
