Can not confirm file version after applying patch.

 Hi,

Issue: The following patches were applied: 9926320, 13616412. Per patches read me we must confirm files version.

But we can not found one of them for patch 9926320, and one of them for patch 13616412.

For patch 9926320:
In Description -> 3. Fixed File Names and versions the /patch/115/sql/xlatbdbmg.pkb file version must be 120.25.12010000.17
We did not found it in $XLA_TOP.
Also we did not found mentioned file in patch setup directory (that was created after unzipping patch).

For patch 13616412:
In Description -> b) Fixed File Names and versions the $xla/patch/115/publisher/templates/US XLATBRPT06.rtf file version must be 120.0.12010000.9
We did not found it in $XLA_TOP.
